Your Instructor
Carys is very passionate about visual story telling having been a filmmaker for corporate and TV for over 14 years. She is a shooting producer -director and Camera operator for TV factual documentaries , BBC Sport to House wives of Cheshire she has a lot of on set experience that is very varied. She bought her first drone and straight away went on to obtain her PFCO initially just adding to her skill set in 2015. Now flies drones for BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5. Working with drones combining the love of technical gadgets and creative images. Recently she has started to use drones to do drone mapping to continue the drone skill set and exploring the world of drone use in VR technology with 3D modeling. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and is delighted to be brand ambassador for Women who drone.
Based on the edge of the Peak District and when not flying a drone, editing or filming she loves running and hill walking followed by cake eating!
