She will demo how to submit a Notify & Fly notification to the map on the B4UFLY app. Then following the demo, she will open it up to a discussion about how the Notify & Fly feature is currently being used by B4UFLY users and to any questions.

Erica Cooley is an FAA-certified Part 107 Remote Pilot since 2017 with experience in automated flight planning & aerial photogrammetry using UAS technologies for construction and aerial cinematography.

As the Content Marketing Manager at Aloft (formerly Kittyhawk), she is responsible for keeping the drone community current on how to leverage technology to fly with compliance and safety. Her passion for gender and diversity inclusion in the UAS industry is demonstrated as a proud member of Women and Drones & a brand ambassador for Women Who Drone. She is an FAA Safety Team Representative in the Seattle, WA area. Erica received her BA from the University of Puget Sound in Communication Studies.
