Your Instructor
Teacher by day, racing and freestyle drone pilot by evening! My FPV journey began with Tiny Whoops in the basement of a local hobby shop, where my husband and I now organize MultiGP weekly winter whoop races. I instantly fell in love with flying, so as soon as the Maine snow melted, I was outside with my first race quad. Now I’ve been in over 80 MultiGP club races. Hobbywing, Azure Power, Flightone, Runcam, and Ovonic are my sponsors, but I am also a Women Who Drones and AirvuzFPV ambassador.
I competed in the 2019 FAI US Team Qualifier and came in 2nd place in the female category. I flew the MultiGP Global Qualifier and was invited to compete in the 2019 MultiGP Nationals Sportsman Class in Daytona Beach, Florida. I was one of three women to attend this full weekend of racing. My goal is to one day race on an all-female drone racing team.
I’ve always been so appreciative of our drone community and enjoy being involved in any way I can. Participating in presentations and demonstrations at schools, summer camps, and Makerfairs is important to me because it’s a chance to show the public, especially the youth, our incredible hobby. I organize demo races, teach students how their learning in school connects to drones, and show children fun with whoops.
